The IARSLCE Scholarship and Publications Committee is inviting applications and nominations for an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement (IJRSLCE). This non-paid position is an appointment to the Editorial Team and will be effective on the first Monday of January 2023.
As a future co-editor of IJRSLCE, the Associate Editor learns the ins and outs of the editorial process; assists the co-editors with stewarding manuscripts through the Section Editor and Peer Review processes as necessary, editing manuscripts and assisting with quality control by reviewing online content — Journal issues and associated webpages. The appointment to the Journal's editorial team is for Three Years. After the first year in the Associate role, the second will involve service as junior co- editor, and the third as senior co-editor and lead for the Journal.
